BamBuilt Youtube Channel!

Beginning January 1st, 2019 I will be posting videos on my first ever youtube channel! 

On my channel I will cover how I managed to lose 120 pounds in such a short amount of time, and all of the challenges I've faced during my journey. Over time, you all will learn about my background, nutrition, exercise, and anything else you'd like to know! 

Overall, I created this channel because I know there are millions of people on the planet who are in the same position I was, it would be a disservice for me not to share my story of how I overcame morbid obesity and developed a lifestyle that will keep me pushing towards my goals!
