April 2017, I received a wake up call that made me commit to making ONE last attempt at trying to lose weight. My life was on the line. More determined than ever, I approached this journey from a completely different angle, and found what works for me: A simple approach that allowed me to remain consistent even when the motivation faded. And it WORKED! I am PROUD to say that in 10 months, I was able to lose 100 pounds and KEEP it off!
